Revived Ukrainian Gymnasia Association of Principals
Founded in 1992, the Revived Ukrainian Gymnasia Association of Principals (RGU) is a non-profit, non-political organization that unites headteachers, principals, vice-principals, and senior school leaders from across Ukraine. The Association represents more than 300 leaders in primary, secondary, and post-secondary education.
RGU's mission is to improve the quality of school leadership and to empower school heads to lead, motivate, and inspire their teams and students. As a professional community, RGU provides advice, guidance, and best practices, while advocating for effective education policy.

RGU organizes workshops and training sessions focused on school management, inclusive education, and digital transformation. These programs enhance leadership skills and promote collaboration among Ukrainian school heads.
Annual Summer Leadership Schools in the Carpathians bring together educators from across Ukraine to share experiences, explore innovative teaching, and strengthen professional ties in an inspiring environment.
The Job Shadowing Program offers Ukrainian school leaders the opportunity to observe and learn from European colleagues, gaining practical insights into school governance and international educational standards.
From the Truskavets Winter Forum to the annual National Fall Conference, RGU unites educators to discuss modern leadership, crisis psychology, and well-being in schools.
RGU facilitates study visits and exchange programs with educational partners in Finland, Israel, and other European countries, promoting cross-cultural learning and innovative school leadership.
Members join topic-based discussion groups to share experience on social behavior, discrimination prevention, crisis management, and the psychological well-being of students and teachers.
