Revived Ukrainian Gymnasia Association of Principals
Founded in 1992, the Revived Ukrainian Gymnasia Association of Principals (RGU) is a non-profit, non-political organization that unites headteachers, principals, vice-principals, and senior school leaders from across Ukraine. The Association represents more than 300 leaders in primary, secondary, and post-secondary education.
RGU's mission is to improve the quality of school leadership and to empower school heads to lead, motivate, and inspire their teams and students. As a professional community, RGU provides advice, guidance, and best practices, while advocating for effective education policy.
